You will be given the mobile number of the taxi driver so you can always contact him direct. It would be appreciated if you call your driver the day before departure to ensure pick-up time. Should you call other than pre-arranged times the driver may not be available so please try again later.

Please allow sufficient time on your departure to Schiphol for a timely arrival… fill in by pick-up-time address (to Schiphol). Please be ready 15 mins. in advance to ensure a punctual departure to the airport.

On your return flight to Schiphol airport we require only the arrival date and time of your incoming flight. Flight number is also required so our driver can be prepared for a later arrival in case of delays.

On landing and baggage retrieval turn on your mobile phone and contact your driver.

We assume a waiting time of 45 mins. after landing… this is included in the set price. In case of lost luggage, coffee break or shopping, the standard charge after 45 mins. is 10 Euros per 15 mins.

We are situated under the Panasonic television screen at arrivals, unless other arrangements have been made. Should your driver be delayed, you are advised to wait at the Meeting-point (red and white cube) in the central reception hall of Schiphol airport.
For return journeys (to and from the airport) 50% of the fare is to be paid each way.

Cancellations must be made at least 18 hours beforehand otherwise you will be required to pay the amount in full.

After reservation the tariff is a fixed price including 6% VAT.

Child seats are not available. By law we are not obliged to use child seats in the back of taxis. You may however install your own child seat but we will not be able to take charge of it for the return journey.
