All taxi transport reserved by the intervention of cheapschipholtaxi
the General conditions for taxi transport of KNV shall apply.
By way of derogation, supplement the KNV general conditions, the following conditions apply:
Fares
CheapSchipholTaxi intermediates in the service to carry out the transport by selected taxi firms as agreed upon by client/passenger and registered driver/firm. CheapSchipholTaxi bears hereby no responsibility.
Responsibility
CheapSchipholTaxi cannot be held responsible for any misunderstandings or delays caused by heavy traffic, break-down, bad weather etc. resulting in missed flights unless there is a question of intent.
CheapSchipholTaxi reserves the right at all times to make the decision not to carry out a commission in connection with unforeseen circumstances such as extreme traffic or weather conditions etc. You may be assured we will do our utmost to prevent this but are powerless in such circumstances and therefore Cheap Schiphol Taxi cannot be held responsible in any way and has no obligations to any form of compensation.
You are well advised to allow adequate time (in case of delays) for a prompt arrival at Schiphol airport for your flight.
Complaints
Every taxi-firm has associations with a disputes commission. As the disputes commission works in the interests of both the client and the taxi trade the Royal Dutch Transportation (KNV Taxi) and customers association have set up a joint complaints commission for taxi transportation. Dissatisfied customers can submit their complaints on the course of events concerning their taxi journey, if for example you are of the opinion you have paid too much or you have not been treated in an appropriate manner.
Clients can also submit complaints to the national taxi complaints-point at www.taxiklacht.nl should you not be able or wish to put in a complaint to the said taxi firm.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 18 hours before the arranged fare or within 2 hours of making the reservation. By reservations per e-mail this applies to the date/time on the order.
Arrival at Schiphol
Flight delays will be strictly monitored so you may be assured your driver will always be ready for you. Please give us ample warning should your flight be changed. After landing at Schiphol you are advised to turn on your mobile phone as soon as possible so that your driver may contact you. We assume a waiting time of 45 mins. after landing, this is included in the set price, thereafter 10 Euros per 15 mins. will be charged.
Payments
We accept credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or you may pay the driver in cash. For credit card use there is a 5% surcharge over the total amount.
Privacy
CheapSchipholTaxi conforms itself to the privacy laws in place to protect your personal data and we give you our assurance that your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
